How do you make a table from Beton cire?

p>Preparation

2 sheets of MDF Blank 18mm glued and screwed together, after which the wood is provided with primer and plaster mesh. The top and bottom as well as the edges are provided with this mesh.

Primer

First layer that is applied after the primer is the base layer which becomes rock hard after hardening. This layer is then sanded smooth with an eccentric sander with 40 grit.

Finishing

Afterwards, 2 layers of concrete cire are applied which improves the structure and effect. indicate the final result of this table top. After drying, the complete top is sanded and coated with a 2-component varnish.
