When looking for a passive subwoofer for low frequencies, the products available on the market are rare and very expensive. So I decided to build it myself.

How I did this project

First, the space available for setting up the subwoofer was measured. A design of the loudspeaker was made based on these dimensions. I ordered the necessary MDF parts from TOSIZE.pl and received them promptly. The parts of the subwoofer were screwed together, milled in places and the hole for the loudspeaker was cut out and sanded. The housing was then painted with textured paint. Finally, the loudspeaker was installed in the housing, wired and connected to the power amplifier. So now I have two loudspeakers that meet my exact requirements and are also significantly cheaper than comparable products on the market.
